We searched out the town or should I say village of "Dockendorf" Germany. It is very near Bitburg and Trier Germany which are very close to Luxembourg.
There are no "Dockendorf's" actually living there nor have there been any since the 17th century.
Dockendorf means city by the sea in German so it is out of place. So far I have no explanation for the name here.
